Finally got rid of Comcast today. They upped the bill to nearly $70 a month, so we switched DirecTV. More channels, better quality, half the cost. Why the heck have we been paying Comcast all these years!?!?!

Okay, here is an update. I am now a huge fan of the inverted Aeropress method. It allows that espresso grind to really shine. About twenty seconds of stir time followed by a one minute steep. Nice thing about it is that with the inverted method the filter does not get clogged by the fine grind before you have a chance to press it. So, what is wrong with Gilligan's Island?

At least this is a scheduled day off.
