You've never tried it? An 'easy to whip up' tallow lather for sure. Unfortunately accompanied with a chemical/citrusy/medicinal scent that I (and one or two <thousand?> others) struggle to get past. A comparison to a Urinal Puck has been made by a fine Gentleman or two.
It also lasts forever. BamaSamurai once got over 100 2 pass shaves on a stick as part of a challenge.
Apparently Hyperbole is the 'literary device of the day' in Appalachia...
I'm blushing...thanks for the shout out.
Alas, the Short Comb came from Andrew in Colorado originally. Same Rockies, just further south.
C'mon now...There is no empirical evidence that Arko will do that. I do have both Qualitative and Quantitative data that confirms that Pinaud Clubman is up to the task, however.
    ...and you still shaved!
No doubt your face smelled better without Arko on it...this is low hanging fruit, my friend.
'Tis true. A quality lather. I do find it a little drying though, but I think I'm in the minority on this one.

Arko could be a little drying, Jason. I'm not a good judge on that since I use unrefined shea butter in my aftershave routine.

However, I still think towels are the leading cause of dry skin. :D

An Arko stick should be good for at least 100 shaves or 30 family reunions.

If you can actually use a full stick of Arko without interruption, I applaud you. I will even make a shave bowl for you to commemorate the event.
Just don’t put Arko in it…:eatdrink047:

Sure, Charlie. I just assumed you wouldn't consider it a detriment to stick to the same soap for 2-3 months and wouldn't need the motivation. Your history of hoarding Tabac comes to mind...:angelic007:

Jason, thanks for noticing that I possess a much greater level of self-determination than @Primotenore. I have many more pucks of Tabac than he does as well. :happy102:

Any rare or exotic wood will do for my bowl. Thank you, and I will put it to good use.

Primo's favorite wood is pine.

The players will remain the same until the Arko is gone. Exception will be razor blades. I am new to the Cobra and I might experiment with some different blades. The Jerry Juice is being 3017'd as well. The brush, known fondly by @clint64 as "The Soap Destroyer", is the Simpson CH2 Synthetic.
Once I got over the visceral, olfactory images of toilets, back in the 60's, I loaded the brush:
