I am using around 2 grams per shave now. Since the soap is starting to get soft, I anticipate my average usage to increase.
I know and I think it will get there. Right now it is difficult to use the "fast and loose" later method on top of the soap

Taking inspiration from Clint @clint64 I have selected MdC for my next 3017 victim. In water this is a top tier soap, on a par with Tabac and vintage Old Spice in terms of performance and in terms of scent the Fougere is my favorite amongst my soaps. To kick this 3017 off, I went with top tier steel too. An epic shave. I do add some liquid lanolin everytime I use MdC.
