Man, I didn't even think of that!

 

I just read your review and wonder if my sniffer isn't working. I can't smell the rose in there. It must be very mild. I have Rose of Bulgaria aftershave that I put on my body and not face and it smells great and have gotten comments from women at work. That and the Fougere bath soap by MdC gets comments. I'm looking for a nice strong Fougere scented shave soap, balm, aftershave, cologne that is fresh.

The TOBS SC is another Tub Cream that is always forgotten. I tend to use the tube SC's because of their ease of use. However, when I use the tub creams I get to use one of my silver SC scoopers. This one is from Verdun France. My Great Uncle was in the battle of the Argonne Forest back in WWI and was shot four times and gased there so, it has a special meaning for me. He survived and lived to tell me about it thank goodness. Those sort of stories are never forgotten.

Haven't seen a Saiver razor before and curious about the shave with this 2 bladed razor. Did you have to split one of the blades?

The rose scent is present, but not overwhelming—since it is a fragrance blend. First opening the bottle and blammo!...but since then it has tamed a bit. It also does mellow with wear. Good stuff!
