1. Are they still open for business? I placed an order two weeks ago and it's still "processing". I've tried contacting them to get a status and have gotten no replies.

    Has anyone placed and received an order within the last two weeks?

  2. The sight say it can take 10 business days for your order to ship. Dependingon what day of the week you ordered, it can soan over three weeks.

  3. Okay thanks. We're already past the ten business day mark. It's not too much of a problem since I used Paypal. I'll wait another week and if no reply or shipment I'll just get my money back.

  6. Just send her an email and ask where you are in the line. Keep in mind many of her items are made to order, not sitting on a shelf ready to ship.

  8. Did that yesterday. Just wanted to see if the order might have fell through the cracks but no reply. Sent a message on here earlier today but I realize not everyone sits by a computer all day.

  10. Depending on what you ordered it can take a little while......I just recieved a shaving cream sampler I ordered about 3 weeks ago

  12. I received my order last Wed and it took about 15 days. If the status of your order is Processing, then it has not gotten lost. The quality coming out of the TSD shop is good enough to wait for.

  19. It's very bad for business to be in over ones head by ones own success. If she's so swamped it would be great to mention it on the site so customers know what to expect.

    "Dear Customer. We're very busy at the moment, so unfortunately we're experiencing up to 2 weeks of processing time with orders. We apologize and hope for your understanding, yours sincerely, TheShaveDen Shop".

    That's all it takes. Looking at the shop now I'd expect my order within few days, should I order. Having to wait so many days as talked about here, even without any response at all (because she's so busy obviously) would make me impatiently as well. It gives it a bad rep.
