O. It's an amazing scent, the whole house fills up with roses. The tallow soap is the best! This soap is a top tier.
I want to get a GG soap someone. I have smelled spice bomb perfume and aftershave balm so I might Go with that =P or something FRESH
What I did was picked the soap scent I wanted and asked Irena to pick a good aftershave that would go with the soap. Worked out perfect! Her products are some of the best I have.
I bet! I was a little surprised that her products wasn't getting attention even though she was a supporting vendor, but I realize now that many love her soaps.
1993 gift set of Avon Trailblazer (cologne, roll-on, soap). I don't recall coming across this particular fragrance before. Set is sealed so it's the kind of thing I'd ebay if I hadn't been burned so many times in the past with stuff like this. Ah well, maybe I'll like it.
This arrived today. Yardley shaving soap. I asked my wife what it smelled like, old.. It smell like lavender I think? It still has the cellophane wrapper on the top.
I have it's twin brother en route to me Will be interesting to try out. It has quite the cult following.
Nice. The scent strength is still pretty strong, I'm going to use it in a couple of days. Yes, from what I've read this soap is legendary. I'll find out my bowl is in great shape.
Obsessed as I am with Kenneth Grange's designs I just got a Wilkinson Sword "Sticky" in original US-market case. Great condition on both case and razor so $40 felt fair. The back of the case has a nifty blade compartment
I...uh...have one already. But I didn't have the case! See my old info-post about the Sticky here and a shave report here.
Received this old, sealed war time Schick repeating razor magazine. Well, at least it was sealed for another 35 seconds until I took it upon myself to do what had not been done for 70+ years: The box even contained two sets of instructions for how to correctly load these magazines into the various types that existed at the time;
Ok let's see if I can post this on the correct thread now. One dozen Partex barber shaving towels and some gentlemen Jon's alum
