That's a lot of bicep reps. Do you think it may be a little overtraining over time with a routine like this?
I've been training since I was 14 and now at 41 I feel at my peak. Taking advantage now while I still can.
I've been lifting for 38 years, 17 in the bodybuilding lifestyle and I had 3 periods in my younger days that I over trained my bi's twice and my chest once.
I know what you mean. I also did this 2 or 3 times when I was younger but then again I was maxing out in those days, something I don't care for anymore.

Forgot to post my workout last night: 25 minutes on recumbent bike followed by 25 minutes on treadmill and ended workout with 20 minutes in sauna.
Today was my first shoulder workout in 10 weeks since tearing my hamstring. Felt good and able to hit 75% of max again without any struggle except for upright hammer shrugs which I hit only 50% of max. Don't know why it was such a struggle but a pretty good workout none the less. Seated Military Press x3 Upright row x4 dumbbell lateral raise x 4, incline lateral raise x4 (weight added progressively for each set). Leg extension x3, standing leg curls x3, hack squats x3, Adductor machine x3 then Abductor Machine x 3, donkey calf raises x3. (weight added progressively for each set). Finished off with 20 minutes in the sauna.
