        hahaha no problem! Seems like your on the right track. I know diets are horrible but sometimes you have to go at your own pace. As long as you see results your in the right direction!

        I don't know what type of diet you are on. But when i first started I cut out soda, junk food, candy, and fast food. This alone i bet i lost 15- 20 pounds. I also started eating every 3 hours at 300 calories.

        This allows your body to get a great metabolism turn over. Of course for breakfast i ate something with allot of protein to jump start my metabolism. Keeping your metabolism is very key in loosing weight and maintaining that weight once its gone!

      I just figured out your signs. Congratulations. 170 sounds really good to me. To God be the glory. I weighed about 130 when I got married back in 73. My then fiance gave me a bible verse, Proverbs 28:25, "He that trusts in the Lord will be made fat." She got me up to 220. Don't want to go there again. I am about 210 now. Would love to be 170 again. BTW, welcome to TSD.

        Hey you don't know how much I appreciate the compliment! My weight loss journey was defiantly a blessing and a huge adventure! I cant think anyone else other that God he helped me threw all of it and of course was always by my side. Wow all the way back down to 110?! that's amazing. It would be easy for you gain some weight back threw a good protein diet. Again thank you very much, God bless brother.
