    Looking for some lathering tips.

    I have hard water and Tabac soap works the best for me... I use soaps about 50% and creams about 50%.. don't rule out trying a good cream...

    yeah looks like u are using too much water... try shaking out the water and then load the brush up with soap... check this video out from...
