    The Toro are usually running strong this time off year off Okinawa, shouldn't be more than $60-70k for fish. Chef is only a couple grand for three days. I'll have my new intern Akira wire you the advance for the air freight charges. @Keithmax and the SKoreans have been known to lay waste to fatty tuna with alacrity, that's why we're rounding up.

    Sounds about right. Although if Keith makes it we're probably talking closer to $80k. And the Kimchi bill. That one is gonna hurt.

    The Korean contingent will be represented.:transport015: Tuna is cheaper in Korean than Japan so I think I can shave 10k off the tab. In Korea we use wasabi or hot sauce (gochuchang), of course, I will bring the kimchi.
