Todays shave was with an old "Rescue Razor", made in St Louis. I had a glass smooth 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. Excellent shaving razor, and made very well. Razor- Shapheigh, St Louis USA. Brush- Stirling Boar Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy Aftershave- Pinaud Clubman
6/8 Otto Busch World Master Had a Glorious shave with this Razor .BBS in no time .This razor shaves very similar to my Tiger .
5/8 Boker Roycrofter Had a wonderful buttery smooth shave with this razor.She sports a Black Surgical Arkansas edge .Dolphin smooth in no time .
F W. Engels 9/8 One pass shave for a three day growth of beard. I had touched up my blade with a Naniwa 8K and 12K pyramid followed by Gokumyo Suehiro 20K and chromium oxide. A super shave.

Tonight's shave was with a fine German Razor. I had a smooth 1 pass shave, that left me with a DFS. Excellent razor. I wouldn't hesitate getting another, if one could be found for a good price. Going with an older Wosty... Razor: Pipe razor by Geo. Wostenholm & Son’s Brush: Razorock Plissoft Bruce Soap: Razorock WTP Blue Barbershop A/S: Razorock Baby Blue Funny - went from a Wostenholm tang with every letter in the alphabet to this one. Had to take a 1/4 in off the tip but tried to mirror the old profile. And I’m torn about messing with the dyed horn scales... I dig it as-is. Enjoy your shave! Tom.
It will just keep cracking, and splitting more, unless it sealed. I've had several, that looked worse than that. I sanded, them down, then applied a lot of Cyano Acetate, to seal the scales. I then sanded, and polished them, until they look presentable.

6/8 Wester Bros No.22 Had a great shave with razor.She sports a Yellow Lake Edge .Killer sharp but very smooth shaver.
Full hollow I believe. It's a nice shaver. I have 3 Wackers and like them all, a 6/8 Inox Spanish point and a Chevalier.
