Final shave with this setup and I'll miss them for a few weeks until they're back in play.

Two passes and touchup for a near BBS and I'm a happy camper.

Dr. In the morning then we have 4 places to check out trying to find a new place. Getting there slowly but surely. One place is in Moscow Mills, just north of where I work. My wife is secretly rooting for that one.....because after all...the Cartel should be in Moscow. Yep. She noticed that before I did. Makes me proud.

I like the single edge on this disposable razor. It gives a good shave with very intuitive blade feel. 3-pass BBS, with touchups.

For using a bloody evil cartridge razors

Yeah! Bur....Well, I do own a vintage Ralph Lauren Safari Trac-II cartridge razor. So, I have dabbled in witch craftery. I'll sneak away now.

I've never shimmed a DE, but I don't experiment with caps & base plates like you do. The shim is a single DE blade with the edge trimmed off & placed under or over the unaltered blade?

Sandalwood, Patchouli, Cedar, & Rosemary? Sounds interesting!

Living on America's South Coast, I enjoy a tap water cool shave when the outside temp's above 65F / 18C. Shaved tonight on three days growth with wonderful results.

In most cases under. Often worth a try on narrow flat or Merkur type bottom plates where support for the blade from the bottom is limited.
