  5. A stellar shave this morning. The Tech and the brush are from a buddy in Texas. Loaded up with a fresh Gillette Nacet today. Beautiful 3 pass BBS shave. I love the RazoRock “Gold” as a soap and AS and since the Tech is shiny and gold, I figured I’d continue the theme.

  7. Hey Stuart what would you compare the Gillette Stainless to? I have GSB and Platinums...love the 40’s style SS!

  8. To me I cannot tell any difference between any of my Russian Gillette blades, they all work well and they are gone after 3 shaves.

  10. As far as the standard British Super Speed goes, I like it. It is definitely better than it's 50s American counterpart and at least as good or if not better than the equivalent Rocket. It is very gentle on the face but not like training wheels mild like a Blue Tip. I got somewhere between a DFS and BBS shave out of it.

This one is a keeper and is being slated for when I need an acceptable only shave without any issues during the shave.

  12. I figured as much. I currently have Gillette Rubie, GSB, Platinum and Nacet in the rotation and with the exception of the Nacet being a touch sharper and the Rubie not being as smooth...they all pretty much come out the same. Also have some Blue Blades and Super Blue Blades but can’t open the packs...LOL.

  14. On the final shave of mild to wild, the British red tip SS certainly delivered. It is more aggressive than an American red tip SS. Better and closer shave but the Red Tip Rocket is just as good if not better and is a completely different type of shaver it in that is a lot more smooth and efficient than either SS. It was also the closest shave of the 3 British SS razors.
