Round nose Novodur 14, soap was MdC agrumes, and a splash of Santa Maria Novella orange blossom water (sweet) finished up a great agrumes shave.

13/16th Brix. Sandalwood Taylors cream and Yaqi brush. First proper shave with it today having just had it honed. Good DFS shave although a bit too much razor burn, but happy for a first shave with this razor!
A divine shave this morning, Puma 92 Ars Divina, soap was vintage Yardley and the AS the equally divine SMN lavande. A Keyhole 4 did the mixology.
Mid-19th Century McCoy&Co NewYork 6/8 or 7/8 (haven't checked for sure, but one of my biggest choppers) "The Gem" heavy wedge. This is one of my 3 best overall razors, and ploughed through everything neck up excepting the eyebrows. Sent from my LGUS992 using Tapatalk

6/8 Riki Shia Barbershoppe Horse Hair Brush Prorasso pre shave balm Classic Shave Cream Creed Green Irish Tweed Had a three day growth. I've used a straight on two days. But this was the first three day adventure. Needed to see if one of my favorites, the Riki Shia, could handle the tougher whiskers. Spent some time going from the linen strop to the leather. A good 100 laps. Hot water prep with Prorasso pre shave balm. Lathered up with this stiff horse hair brush. It does an excellent job raising my whiskers. Now time to get started. For the first pass, I used short, two stroke cuts. Soon the Riki cleaned the three day growth. No pulling. Just smooth cuts all around. Very happy with this razors performance. Second pass was the same. Clean neck and jaw line. Face smooth to the touch. This is a great razor. Of course, a Witch Hazel cleaning, hot shower and Green Irish Tweed so my wife enjoys being near me. Good day all.
Love those scales Claude. I have a Tanifuji BaBa with those same scales and they’re classic 1960s I think. Cheers, Steve
