Geo. Stephens & Co (Boker), soap was MdC original in brain bowl lathered with a Thâter boar. A splash of Yardley lavender AS finished up MdC Monday. The razor and edge belong to my pal Jerry, and it’s a good edge. Those of you wanting to learn honing or just enjoy honing more, do an edge exchange with your friends. I’ve done a couple in the past year and always learn something. It’s a good way to get better no matter what your experience level is, but if you’re starting out, try to hook up with someone that can critique your edges and give you some nice edges as a goal to shoot for.
