Day Thirteen of my MWF 3017-Challenge
    [IMG]
Managed to not destroy anymore of my gear today.
Second shave with the Feather blade and, as expected, was smoother than the first.
    My experience with these blades is pretty much always the same;
    Shave One: Sharp, but rough
    Shave Two: Sharp 'n smooth
Shave Three: Still smooth and sharp
Shave Four: Signs of degradation, last shave.
Dr. Mrs. Primo is with our pregnant daughter, so I broke out a stank she doesn't care for:
    Oud Al Layl.

Happy Saturday. It was nice to be greeted by sunshine this morning after the stormy day yesterday. Inserted the Shavemac into the lineup with the remainder of the hardware and software unchanged. As expected another first rate shave to start the day. I hope everyone has a fantastic day.

I don't know that soap, but I know Stirling makes a fine product. Two thumbs up for jumping right back in, Charlie. I'll forgive the copyright infringement this time. Yes, that's known as...largesse.*

*I would have clearly prevailed to the tune of 5 figures, so "largesse" is apropos.

Much like the Maestro, I think 4 shaves on a Feather is just about the max. Great blades.

The Uber-soft Best Badger was challenged picking up enough product.
This knot has extremely thin hair, which makes it at once luxurious, but also sensitive to scrubbing.
Lost a few hairs, but this was 100% user error.
Great shave nonetheless and the post shave stank, Amouage Epic, knocked it outta the park.

I was up and moving very earlier this morning. I as able to get in a very good shave to start the day. This boar is not my favorite but it works well enough to get the job done. I had enough lather for 5 passes or more. I went with the Supply Co SE this morning. It is basically a Supply Co razor with training wheels. It would be very hard to get cut using this razor. Unfortunately, it makes getting a very close shave more challenging. I hope everyone had a fantastic day.

I think my TSD Russian Leather has similarities to Midnight Stag, in that the latter is the former on steroids.

Inspired by @clint64 to reach for the Karve with a D plate. Love everything about it and, for me, having it manufactured in Canada is a nice cherry on top. Awesome shave.
Loaded in a fresh PermaSharp as well. A great blade, complete with awesome glue dots. @Primotenore rejoice…

Congrats to @wristwatchb on getting through a ridiculous number of shaves with Arko. A deal is a deal:

I made a brush for a raffle prize and like the colours, so I made another somewhat similar for my bet with Charlie. I hadn’t been in the lathe room for a very long time. I forgot how much I enjoy it.
The good news is I didn’t have to raid my pile of beetle-ravaged pine I’ve been saving for @Primotenore ’s bowl (and the campfire…)
