Happy Saturday Everyone. A change back to injector razors with the Asylum razor. This injector model is not the beast of its artist club sibling. The shave this morning was smooth and carefree as expected. One more day on the soap and I will be ready for a change. Have a great day and take care. ​

I am trying to decide on the next 3017 victim. I have two soaps I am considering. I think I have narrowed it down Antiga Barbearia de Bairro and Master Soap Creations Frosted Bay Rum. Mmmm, decisions. Maybe I will try both early next week and then decide.

Same soap...that goes without saying.
The Cooper was especially friendly today; loaded with a once-used Sharp Star, even the ATG on the neck was satisfying.
It should be noted that Primo did everything in his power to keep the touch feather-light and imagined wiping off the lather
other than shaving off the whiskers.
My home-made Bay Rum w/Lime is a winner of a stank.​

My 3017's continue. I'm on my last Astra SP blade. I transferred the last bit of my Stetson cologne to a travel sprayer...maybe a week or so remaining. I have maybe two applications of Fine L'Orange Noir left. I'm currently 3017ing a puck of Stirling Executive Man soap and two tubes of Proraso cream -- alternating between the two for some variety, but I have a long way to go here.

Thank you Charlie. Concentrating on 1 or 2 items is an excellent idea. That still allows variety while getting things finished quickly.

Your W. Indies Bay Rum does what Stephan B.R. does, in a way. Stephan can be used for the scalp and skin, as well as for an aftershave. I just use it for the latter.

Happy Monday. Another short weekend in the books. I decided to go with the Antiga Barbearia de Bairro Shave Soap for the next 5 days. If I am enjoying it at the end of the 5 days then I will continue with it for the next 3017 target. I found the soap to be very easy to lather with a nice woodsy citrus scent. Like many soaps from the EU the scent is more subtle but. Take care and have a great day. ​

Unfamiliar with the soap. Nice tin, but seems too narrow for a legitimate "fast 'n loose" lathering.

The company is fairly big in Portugal. The company makes, shave soaps, creams, aftershaves and colognes among other things. The jar is about the diameter of the MdC jar. If I go forward with this soap, I expect I will move it to another bowl for ease of use.
