    Excellent shave with Tabac
I used the same strategy as yesterday, but for some reason I was drawn to Tabac. The result is smooth BBS on my face, and DFS on my neck. No weepers, no burn. Touch ups were smooth, too, because of the butter balm. Easy three pass shave. I really didn't need any aftershave, but I put on some Krampert's just because I like it.
Prep: warm face wash with Shea Moisture TBS
    Soap: Tabac!
    Brush: HIS
    Razor: MagType Frankenrazor
    Blade: Gillette 7 o'clock yellow
Before ATG pass: Synergy Coconut Bay Butter Balm
    AS: Krampert's Finest Bay Rum

    Gillette rocket w feather blade
    Maca root shaving cream
    Osage rub as

Today I spent alot more face time with my brush and boy did it make a big difference. The maca root shaving cream was a first and wow was I super impressed. The lather in the picture was after a 4 pass shave and a touch up pass. And I used a very small amount of cream

Kevin, I've noticed the Wm Neuman product in your shaves recently and I'm curious if you've given an opinion (sorry if I missed it). I keep finding myself drawn by the packaging and some of the names (Heartwood, Signature 1907, etc.). All of my products are kept in cabinets or a closet but I would keep the Wm Neuman bottle on display. Tell me the product is more than just a pretty face.

On your last pass, try squeezing the lather out of the brush and applying it by hand. Best cream of the shave (I think).

    Prep: Hot Shower-Stirling Bath Soap
    Soap: Coate’s Lavender Cream
    Razor: Gillette NEW SC
    Blade: Personna Med Prep (4)
    Brush: Whipped Dog Silvertip 22mm x 48mm
    Aftershave: Speick

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angle for my beard a bit)

I just re-stocked a couple Coate’s creams. I decided to use the Lavender today. As always, a little dollop provided a lot of great, thick, cushioning lather with good glide retention between passes. Along with the NEW and Med Prep, I got an excellent shave. I finished with a nice splash of Speick. My face feels great!

    Prep:
Face washed in Bulldog face wash and plenty of warm water
    Razor: 2013 Mühle R89
    Blade: Voskhod (1)
    Brush: Vie-Long Butterscotch Edition horse.
    Lather: Arko SS
Shave: 3 passes adjusted for grain WTG/XTG/ATG
Post: Alum, cold water and Bulldog ASB + Bulldog Moisturizer

    DFS+++

I had very high hopes for the Voskhod in my R89. I can't help but feeling a bit let down, but I don't know why, because it was an amazing shave.
Smooth in all directions, no burn, no sting from the alum, no irritation. I guess that's how a shave should be? :)
Nevertheless, I think the Astra SP gives me the same in this razor and it's a way cheaper blade.
I need to compare a bit more.
I don't know what I expected but the saying goes that expectations kill everything. It's definitely a blade I'll try some more.

After the uneventful shave that I had yesterday it felt so wonderful to have a great and proper face-freezing shave today. My #6 horsehair brush whipped up such beautiful fragrant, frigid lather with the Ice & a Slice soap and the 444/Barbon duo gave me such a nice ending which moisturized and cooled my skin even more. No more brushless stuff for me, ever! ;) :D

Have a great weekend, folks! :)
