So the shave ended up being an evening shave, too busy this morning then this afternoon we had to take our youngest daughter to the hospital. She had fever cramps which is horrible to watch, basically the child get too hot too quick, and shakes and chokes and somtimes stop breathing,but it looks like they're kind of paralysed, like they have no control over their bodies. The doctors don't know what caused the fever but they checked her over and nothing serious. She has slept since then so we will see tomorrow how she is. Whenever she's sick she always wants me and we'll sit together and shell cuddle right into me, so that's probably what I'm doing tomorrow.
So sorry to hear about the little one. I pray God will grant her mercy and the docs wisdom that she will come through this strong and healthy. And daddy, too.
That happened with my Parker. I just scratched it off too. But I actually meant the rest of the handle. It doesn't look uniform in color- like there is a discoloration with darker blotches. I was just wondering if it developed that or maybe it's some artifact as a result of the camera?

The logo on my Parker didn't last long at all. The color on the FS is not uniform and there is no peeling. I don't know if the handle is plastic or acrylic, but it is fake something. Here's both sides.
No Buy July - Cheap Soap Month As part of my No Buy July participation, I have decided to have a Cheap Soap Month. I will be using a different cheap soap each day. My cheap soaps are good soaps, it is just that they have been sitting around idle and they need some work. So, here goes. Noxzema Classic Clean Col. I got an acceptable bowl lather with my VDH Nartural Boar brush. Two passes and touch ups with my Schick M Adjustable and Schick blade left me with a close, comfortable shave. After my cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Cucumber WH and Pinaud Clubman after shave. Thus starts Cheap Soap Month and No Buy July.
FS cast resins that are cream and slight tinges of black and white so it creates slightly marbleized look. The mixing of the resins vary wildly with each batch they produce. This handle comes from FS via TGN.

I threw a going away party for a good friend today. When I first met this guy, I was taken aback by his cold personality. But over time our relationship developed and I learned to love his icy stare. A few weeks ago when I realized he'd soon be leaving, I grew quite depressed until, with a cold slap in the face, he explained that his buddies would have my back after he left. You see, during the few months that we hung out together he introduced me to other members of his gang. Guys named Osage, M-bomb, Glacial, Iced Sub-Zero, and even MITA made me feel like I belonged.
