I think Proraso preshaveis just scented Noxema, and I love it. I use it as a preshave and as an aftershave balm prior to a splash. This makes total sense.
Noxzema does make a great pre shave and judging from the look on his face it must work for him which is a great thing. With so many great soaps/creams out there I doubt I will be using it as a cream, but I like to use it to wash my face in the shower.
