    Or at least doing it how I do with water only, at the least.

    My brother just did his beard trimming with both his edge trimmer from a Gillette Fusion 2 in 1 where he got rid of the Fusion part and it looked like he was doing the usual and really liking the trimming though not the parts he had to use his scissors for. Noe my brother with his Mach 3 when using that under the chin for a bit on a dry shave was trying to get done as quick as possible as he hates that part. He does not like shaving but has a beard when he trims with the back end of the Fusion 2 in 1 trimmer end that no longer has the top end, he looks like he is enjoying it.

    He was talking with me when shaving so I know he was not having to concentrate too hard on the beard trimming he has to do once every other week but was on the part with the scissors on the hair he can't get with the beard trimmer concentrating more with no talking.

    My brother he does not need to get a haircut because he has hair that ends right at the shoulders and will not grow longer. This is Genetic on his moms side one of my great Aunts she had this issue when alive and then an uncle has the same hair issue in the front of head curly hair that is all wiry and receded on the sides a bit same as it was when he was around 25--30 when the receding stopped though he keeps his shorter now is not like it was in the 1990's at the shoulders because he never needed a barber since age 16 asking him about his hair same as my brother.

    If not, obvious my brother and I live in the same house together.

    Greetings,

    A new eclectic shave set up to start the weekend..

    Another superb performance from the Ach Brito Mogno Shaving Soap Bar which I use it like a shave stick rubbing it directly into my stubble then build up a lather with my wet brush adding more water to the tips of the brush continued building the lather until I get it to the consistency I prefer.

    A enjoyable close comfortable combined face & head shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Davidoff Cool Water ASL.

    My face & precious swede are is feeling smooth & smelling divine.;)

    Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.:cool:

    Tip do not go overboard in the cleaning of your blade you are using by actually trying to scrape out on the butterfly some of the Green stuff that had actually built up using the corners of your blade that are not blade I did this and ended up with a small cut on one finger on my right hand on this shave. I am dumb for cleaning this off in this way but hey I got 80% of the green stuff.

    My week-end shave plan: Here's Saturday-

    prep-Nivea 4 Men Bodywash(in shower)
    lather-Stoylin Glacial Lemon Chill
    brush-Proraso BOAR("Professional")
    razor-Gillette Sensor Deuce Pivot DisposeABLE
    A.S.-Mennen Skin-Bracer

    I do love that BOAR from Proraso. The Stoylin soap jumped right onto it. Nice and cooooold! Clean, clear shave all over. 2 healthy passes. Fine finish with the Mennen Skin-Bracer. Boy, I sure felt the "tingle" on my neck that late actor Jack Palance describes in his Skin-Bracer ad. As Outstanding As It Gets.

    2 Days growth: same set up just a different blade this time.

    Hot Water Prep and Preshave = Derby Menthol shave cream
    Cream/Soap = Maca Root & Aloe
    Brush = Razorock Plissoft
    Razor = I4 Slim @ 5
    Blade = Feather (1)
    Passes = 2 +
    Post = Usual CWR, Alum, rinse, pat dry, Thayer’s rose petal
    ASB = L’Occitane
    ASL = Blue Stratos
    Scent = Blue Stratos

    Fine shave with the Feather day (1), it is certainly sharp, less effort needed to clean up, but by the same token not super smooth on day 1. Minor red spot below chin after the first pass had cleared by the end of the shave

    Have a great Saturday and be safe everyone

    1 Days growth: family visits today, need to be tidy

    Hot Water Prep and Preshave = Derby Menthol shave cream
    Cream/Soap = Maca Root & Aloe
    Brush = Razorock Plissoft
    Razor = Gillette Slim I-4 set to 6
    Blade = Feather (2)
    Passes = 2 +
    Post = Usual CWR, Alum, rinse, pat dry, Thayer’s rose petal
    ASB = L’Occitane
    ASL = Blue Stratos
    Scent = Blue Stratos

    I have been shaving alternate days, it suits my face better, but today I decided to sneak the Slim up to number 6 to see would happen with only one day of growth. Super shave with the Maca Root & Aloe, taking extra care to go lightly. Face recovering a bit from yesterday, but overall good result. Hot Alum, no blood, stinging ASL, super smooth, I will take that as a win!

    Have a great Sunday one and all

    thank you Chris.they a fine shave,slightly more aggresive at the top end.mine is a short handle,which is slightly longer than the slim,i prefer a standard lenght gillette handle which is 3 inch,or 76 mm,or slightly shorter than the fatboy..should you search for one find the cleanest example for the $$,the handles rot from the inside out due to the aluminium content mixed with neglect/soap build up..:):eatdrink047:
    edit.. i have one of each ,except a toggle and super 109..so fatboy,slim,and super 84..as in 84 mm.. i use all on setting 4,the slim has the same head as the super 84 and 109..:)
