Prep: Warm shower:/Cien Men Energize Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Wrights Coal Tar bar Soap.
Brush: Wilkinson Sword Boar.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Ikea Kalas Side Bowl.
Lather: Gillette Skin Ultra Sensitive Shave Cream.
Blade: King C. Gillette. (D2)
Razor: King C. Gillette.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's,/Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Brut Splash-On Lotion./Cien Cocoa Butter Body Lotion.

Early morning shave,

A wonderful inexpensive shave to end my shaving week & month off on a high.

My focus with the King C Gillette & Wilkinson Sword premium TTO razors has been a pleasure, both razors have me provided me with acceptable close shaves.

A close comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Cocoa Butter Body Lotion.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.

Exactly. Just wish my two sons were as interested in wet shaving, so I would know my stuff would go to good use when I am no longer able to.

Soap = It’s that MWF day again

Usual Prep and Preshave = Hot water prep, T&H No 10
Soap = MWF
Brush = Pura Setola, soaking in luke warm water around 10 minutes
Shook dry 6 times
Taking the hint from John @Screwtape I used less swirls today: 25 swirls on the puck, then straight to the moist face
Much better this time. Nice and thick. Only added 3 or 4 drops of water to the brush to get a much better lather. Is it the best I have had? No but this is still really good and still deserves a score of 1.

Passes = 2 passes and touch ups. Just topped up the MWF between passes from the puck with a few swirls

Bowl = face lathering
Razor = Gillette Red Tip
Blade = Vintage Henckels (2) super smooth and sharp
Post = Usual CWR, Alum, rinse, pat dry, Thayer’s rose petal, Nivea Balm
ASL = Imperial Leather
Scent = Prada Ocean Luna Rossa
Score = 9.5 /10
Damage: none

So far for me the MWF is a bit like goldilocks and the 3 bears. It has to be just right. It has much less latitude than my other soaps. At this rate this (hmmm what shall I say Lol!) puck will last for absolute ages

MWF 0 + 0 + 1 +0.5 + 1 +1 + 0.5 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 7
Sterling 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 +1 + 1 + 1 = 11

Freedom February

Razor - RazoRock Wunderbar Slant
Blade - (2)
Soap - El Caballero
Brush - Omega 10066 Boar

Another fine shave with the Wunderbar. You might say it was "wunderful". The El Caballero is slowly breaking up but still producing plenty of lather. I'm thinking I'll use it one more day then call it good. I have plenty of soap around so don't need to use every last gram. It's been a good one, but time to move on when March starts. The small Omega boar did a fantastic job as always. The shave was smooth and left a BBS result with the Sharp Star on a slant. For easy and great finishes this combo does the trick. Enjoy Thursday!
