Thanks, Joe. Everybody needs some day when they can fly their flag and light off fireworks while enjoying barbecue and a cold one...

Great looking Tabac shave, Gary. (If you like the scent of Tabac - not a fan myself...). But the razor looks nicely shiny and that's a beautiful APShaveCo brush! I have one of his Tuxedo knots replacing a wimpy badger in a Semogue SOC cherrywod handle and it's one of my favourite brushes.

DE Shave 470- Mediterranean (Malta) Theme Shave # 6

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: PAA Prismatic
    Blade: Shark Platinum
    Brush: Ever Ready 200T
    Lather: Stirling Piacenza
    Aftershave: Stirling Piacenza
    Additional Care:
    Omega Alum
    Stirling Piacenza EdT

Fabulous weather here once again which equals the consistency of the shave I have been having with the Prismatic and the Stirling software. Three passes that have been irritation free and super smooth.

Below is a picture of a bomb the Germans dropped on Mosta in 1942. The bomb crashed through the Basilica of the Cathedtral, did not exploded or injure anyone. Divine intervention or poor German technology?

Hope you all have a great day.

Great shave and sharing a WW II historical moment. I am on the side of divine intervention.

24 hours, usual prep, Cream = Tabac cream in a tube, Omega black synthetic feels like I needed more cream or this brush is a bit “thin”, Proraso bowl, Gillette South American Tech (2), GPB (1) nice and smooth, usual 3 passes/touch ups and usual post treatments, finishing off with Brut, Proraso Balm and Guerlain.
Liking the experiment with the Tabac Cream, next time I need to use more, or a denser brush or both

It's going to be in the high 80's today so it's another menthol shave day.
I picked out my cheapie $1.29 razor to do a face and headshave today. Today's lather pic:

    20230705_105715.jpg

Did 3 passes on the dome and face and finished the shave with a no error BBS result.
The only alum feedback was on the back of my head and it was just more than a slight sensation. Finished the CF Cryogen aftershave, but needed Aqua Velva Ice Blue to hit the dome. Take care.
