Fine shave this morning(Sat). Returned to the brush/shave soap persuasion. By the way, to correct an error I made yesterday, the Campell Brush is a Badger, not Synthetic. I didn't quite get enough soap onto the Badger, not sure why. Ahh, it was "enough" for the shave, I was just hoping for a bit more. No damage anywhere. 2 passes. I could have done a bit better at the Northern end of Cactus Nation(neck). Hope to accomplish this tomorrow. A little too strong on the application of the Caswell Massey A.S. To make up for that, I put some on my forehead(I see that done by many on-line anyway). Most Outstanding.

June 21 SOTA Good afternoon. Van der Hagen TTO Voskhod DE (2) Parker Synthetic Brush TSD Orange SS and AS Stirling Alum Block Lucky Witch Hazel Beard Growth: 3.25 days I am going out to a social event this evening so a clean shave is in order. I went with a quick two pass DE shave and was blessed with a bloodless BBS result. The VdH razor is mild so the angle needs to be increased to make it more efficient, especially with a relatively new blade loaded in it. Alas, I brought my phone in my den and forgot to take a pic of the setup. Anyway, I facelathered the soap and it was a nice slick lather. The alum feedback slightly appeared on my neck. Splashed on the witch hazel and the matching aftershave to finish this session. Tomorrow, I will do a headshave. I think that I will use one of my Rockwell razors or my Fatboy. I am not sure. I will try to catch up on the posts when I get back because it will be an early night. Take care.
