Thanks Joe. I found the mug in an Op (charity) shop for a few dollars, I see them quite often down here, no idea if that is what they are designed for but to date it is still the one I use the most. Mass produced I guess.

We could call it that, but I take it you don't recall. (Unless it IS Big Daddy from whatever company you ordered it).

 

This morning's shave was "ahhhh, all right". I still have yet to solve the Clubman Classic Barber Shave Cream brushless. Goes on pretty cold but warms up to the skin gradually. I probably made a similar comment the last time I used it. I left too much on North Cactus(just next to the Ingrowns), and at the right sideburn area.Good job at the Cheeks and North Porcupine Alley(just over the upper lip). Zero cuts, Knicks, and polka-dots, which is good. Clubman 12.5 A.S. to finish. I really need to scoop out a lot of the "cream", but maybe that's a good thing, so as to get to the bottom quicker. Pretty Outstanding, which for me is not what a Clubman shave should be. But it was, as I said, "ahhhh, all right".

Wonderful shave this morning. Super close three pass shave that has left my face BBS. Gradually the Proraso cream is approaching the Edmund Factor. The target is the end of the month although it might be sooner.

Dreary day here on LI so it fits in perfectly for a relaxing afternoon of a hockey game and then a movie with Anthony and the missus.

I am going out this evening for a singles gathering so I needed a face and headshave to look presentable. Of course, I chose the cologne scent of Tsuka to prep me for the ladies. Lol!
Anyway, I did a three pass shave on my face to get just shy of BBS, but did get a weep by the corner of my mouth. It was at that moment that I realized that the Shaverboy blade wouldn't be up for the headshave. Thus, I replaced it with a Wilkinson Sword blade for my headshave. I have to say this blade with a mild razor did a great job. Usually, I need 3 passes plus touchups on 3 days growth, but this combo got it done with 1 less pass. Of course, I needed touchups on my head, but it was quite minimal.

The alum gave very little feedback on my neck, but there was a bit more on the back of my head. Splashed the matchung aftershave in my face and neck before I proceeded with the headshave. Afterwards, hit my head with the splash and followed with another dose face and neck. Finished with the matching EdT, but didn't go overboard. Will hit my wrists with it on my way out. Take care.
