    Leave it up to me to blow an otherwise great Thanksgiving/Throwback Thursday shave with a nasty cut at the center of the jawline. It took the entire length of the shave to get it calmed down. The cut forced me to reduce attention of working on S. Porcupine and deal with the redness. By the time I got down to Cactus Nation(neck), I realized it wasn't going to go away anytime soon, and focused on the neck. I was surprised to have done so well down there, given the cut. This Latigo(dupe of the old-school Austrian Knize 10) is a very pleasant scent. It's mostly Leather, but a different blend of leather than we are used to. Other "ingredients" take away the strong leathery smell of a Texas or Oklahoma rodeo. Some reviewers say Knize 10 is great-others don't say so. I like it a lot. Probably wouldn't use it in Texas or Oklahoma, though. Another Fairly Outstanding.

    Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Wonderful relaxing morning prior to heading out to Peter Liger’s Steakhouse for dinner at 3 PM.

    I had another wonderful Shavette shave with the Parker SRX. Three passes of error free smoothness. I do enjoy the scent of the Unconditional Surrender. Its scent profile is as follows: “The scent of Unconditional Surrender is an homage to Grant's tenacity and will to fight back when he was at his lowest point. The scent notes are amber, tonka bean, amyris, cedarwood, agarwood, vetiver, cigar tobacco, black tea, jasmine and geranium.”
