Excellent Ginger’s Garden shaved today. The soap has a very nice clean scent. It does meet the category of a soap that would fit my moniker of “Oud Dude”. There is some Oud in the formula of the soap. The scent profile is as follows: “ Crisp citrus, exotic oud, golden amber, rich sandalwood and white musk.”

The Ern straight delivered a smooth error free shave. Of the course the usual three passes where employed to obtain these results. Post alum report was basically nonexistent. The aftershave left my face feeling wonderful.

Thanks to Joe @Trigger I caved in and had some new Stirling stuff arrive this week

Prep and Preshave = hot water soak x 3. T&H No 10 as preshave
Soap = Stirling Spice
Brush = Omega Boar 10049
Bowl = white plastic
Razor = Gillette Tech Made in Argentina B2 1956
Blade = Vintage Schick (3)
Passes = 2 +
Post = Usual CWR, Alum, rinse, pat dry, Thayers rose petal, Nivea Balm, Stirling Spice EdT
Score = 9.9 / 10
Damage = 0

Another super shave. Wasn’t planning on keeping this little Tech but after today I have changed my mind. Great performer with the Schick Blade. Safe for repeated buffing and ATG especially around the mouth area. Nevertheless, as a precaution, I binned the blade

Lovely lather from Stirling as expected. The big boar does a great job. The scents are very pleasant and not at all overpowering. Thanks Joe!
