    Shaving recipe for today.

    Prep: Warm shower:/Lynx Africa Squeezed Mandarin & Sandalwood Body Wash.

    Pre:
    Cold wet flannel to my face.
    Pears Original Transparent Bar Soap.
    Brush: Yaqi 24mm Naples Tuxedo Synthetic.
    Face Lather.
    Lather: Erasmic Shaving Soap Bowl.
    Blade: Bolzano Superinox Inossidable. (D3)
    Razor: Parker 24C.

    Post:
    Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel. /Cien X-Bolt ASL. / L'0REAL Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

    Greetings,

    Early morning shave.

    Everything in my shave set up this morning worked together superbly.

    An enjoyable 2 pass + pick-ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of L'0REAL Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

    My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine. ;)

    Another water shut-off in our bldg. this morning, as they have to fix "a problem". There have been many of those. Pretty good shave this morning, in the midst of my three-fer of Razorock Tuscan Oud. I'm beginning to see some of the bottom of the soap puck. Essentially a rubber-stamp of yesterday in the performance persuasion. 2 passes. No Knicks, Cuts, and 1 Polkadot down at South Porcupine. I don't know how you fellas stick to one item all month as you dedicate that month to a particular product. Well, I should say one SHAVE product. For most of this month, I've stuck with the same COLOGNE(Mutamayez from House of Swiss Arabian-good Oud for Oudtober), but it's been a struggle to do Oud every day for shaving&aftershaves. In my showers, I've used AgadirMen Hair&Body quite frequently, so THAT's good. But I miss my other products. Anyway, this shave gets a Super Duper Excellent.

    I'm feeling more like my old self today but, still recovering. That flu bug was nasty! I have not had the flu in years! I was told after the fact that there has been 7-8 people at the Senior Center who have had "Covid" (everything is covid these days...) so, I most likely got it there. No Senior Center today. I (unlike some people) am staying home until I am all better and not a risk to others! I have not shaved in at least 3 days! Mowed it all down with the Hawk!

    Razor - Hawk v3 Standard Plate
    Blade - Feather Professional (5)
    Pre-shave - Proraso Red
    Shave Soap - Proraso Red (sandalwood)
    Brush - Satin Tip synthetic
    Post-shave - Thayers Toner & Edwin Jagger Sandalwood balm
    After-Shave - Proraso

    The Hawk mowed down the multi-day's growth with ease. I prepped face by washing with Ivory bar soap and HOT washcloth. I need to address a problem with my shower mixer valve before I can shower! Why does crap always happen when we are under the weather???? I could not get any cold water to flow due to knob being stripped.....it's 23 years old and due for a replacement! One extremely hot moment in that shower!

    I did a 2-pass shave WTG & ATG with no cleanup. I binned the blade after thus shave. The Proraso is always very easy to lather. I, of course, pre-heated the bowl and brush with hot water. No cuts, nickes, or weepers. Alum bar was silent. Overall and pleasant shave.

    I may run out to get new mixer knobs or a whole new mixer today. It's for a shower unit without the tub. Let's see what the sticker shock will be.

    Theo said it was about time I cleaned up my scruffy face!

    very early shave-late post.
    fabulous grecian horse lather built with the yaqi silvertip
    smooth 2 passer in the usual manner,minor pick ups .
    true bbs .love this razor/blade combo
    matching splash to finish-the scent lasts for hours.
