    DE Shave # 549 - OUDtober Shave - Ginger’s Garden British Empire

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: Fatip Grande Open Comb
    Blade: Suneko Amorphous Diamond SS
Brush: Strike Gold Shave Minion 24 mm Badger
    Lather: Ginger’s Garden British Empire
    Aftershave: Ginger’s Garden British Empire
    Additional Care:
    Omega Alum
    Dickenson’s Original Witch Hazel
    Stirling Unscented Glacial Balm

Here you go Barry, @palmolive fox, this weekend’s FaTip shave with the Grande OC paired with the Suneko blade. I easily could have done just two passes, but as more of you know, three passes are my standard. I was rewarded with a wonderfully close shave without the B Squared nonsense. Of course that comes with taking your time, learning the nuances of your various razors and accepting the knowledge provided through the talented people on these forums. Hear Ye, hear ye!!

The Ginger’s Garden soap provided a slick cushion and wonderful scent that I am getting occasional whiff’s throughout the day. The scent profile is as follows: “Crisp citrus, exotic oud, golden amber, rich sandalwood and white musk.” A very enjoyable and refreshing scent.

Hope you all had a great day.

    Good afternoon.

    Straight Razor Shave # 582
    C-Mon
    JR #290 Cashmere Brush
    Stirling Spice SS and AS
    Stirling Alum Block
    Personal Care Witch Hazel
    Beard Growth: 40.5 hrs

Three passes gave me a very close and comfortable shave. However, I lightly touched the tip of the top of my ear and gave myself a weep. It was easily dispatched with the cold water and alum so that there wasn't any trace of it.
No need to extol the virtues of Stirling soap because everyone is familiar with their products. Here's my lather:

I had very little alum feedback on my neck. Finished the shave with the witch hazel and matching aftershave treatments. Take care.

Super Saturday Shave Joe. Moreover, I agree with your statement; "I was rewarded with a wonderfully close shave without the B Squared nonsense. Of course that comes with taking your time, learning the nuances of your various razors and accepting the knowledge provided through the talented people on these forums. Hear Ye, hear ye!!" Unfortunately, the person you are indirectly referring to will not make the adjustments necessary to minimize his polkadot, nicks, etc.
