The R41 and Feather Hi stainless work wonderfully together. The key to success is Using the lightest of touch. Enjoy.

 

Fine shave this morning. Tough beginning though, as I developed two Knicks down at S. Porcupine(chin). No problems anywhere else. 2 passes. Regiment's a nice shave soap. I had it once before-can't recall the kind, though. The Gabels Original A.S, reminds me of Mennen Skin-Bracer, but SB has that cooler menthol, whereas Gabel's Original doesn't. The aftershave, which followed the cold-water rinse, helped neutralize the chin Knicks. Very Outstanding.

 

Will keep that in mind

Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: HWF Lanolin Shaving Soap (No.1) with Cedarwood & Patchouli.
Blade: Feather Hi Stainless. (D1)
Razor: Mühle R41. (2013)
Razor: Gallant II Platinum. (Head) - (D2)

I'm really enjoying my reacquaintance with the Mühle R41. The Feather Hi Stainless really works with this razor.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of L'0REAL Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

My face & precious swede are feeling smooth & smelling divine.

I am meeting Joe C for breakfast this morning so I chose and easy, quick shave. Haven't used the RedTip since July so it was time to pick it up. Did 3 error-free passes for a fine, smooth shave. Picked the Captain's Choice soap because I didn't want to bowl lather because this soap is very hard.
Alum didn't give me any feedback.
Finished the shave in my usual way. Take care.

 

A winner of a shave this Tuesday morning. The Crown King brush did a nice Rembrant job on my face and neck, with the Razorock soap. Goose-eggs on cuts, Knicks, Polka-dots. 2 passes. Boy, that Clubman had "Tingle-power" today! The more the merrier(course you don't want to overdo it). Very happy with today's shave. As Outstanding As It Gets.

The end result was a super smooth and comfortable shave. I looked good for my month breakfast meetup with Joe, @Trigger.
