SE Shave # 344 - Stirling September /Sample Sunday Shave - Margaritas in the Artic

    Rating: 5 / 5

Razor: Schick - Injector Type G
    Blade: Persona Injector
Brush: Leo Frilot ECWS 2018 Ghost Trails
Lather: Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic
    Aftershave: Pinuad Citrus Musk
    Additional Care:
    Omega Alum
    Dickenson’s Original Witch Hazel
    Stirling Unscented Glacial Balm

We have a gorgeous day here on LI, @Trigger, is in his glory. Perfect weather for Stirling’s M.I.T.A. I decided to give the Schick Type G a spin and I was rewarded with a super close shave.

The Stirling soap was whipped up into a nice creamy lather that was sufficient for three passes and one post shave application. The alum report was silent. My face feels fantastic.

Hope you all enjoy your Sunday.

My small contribute to the forum. Perhaps my favorite SE. The ATT SE2 Open Comb. This razor can be a beast. It's heavy with lots of blade exposure. With good technique it's the closest shave I get from any razor.[IMG]

Excellent setup Herm. It's a shame Above the Tie went out of business.

Shaving was not first on the list this Sunday morning. Hiking was!

The mountains of Southern Colorado called us for 6 miles and 1500 feet of elevation gain.

However, once home, the shower and shave started calling more!

I used the Saponificio Varesino OC razor I was piffed(is that a word?) by @chazt and got to work.
Prep: warm shower and face wash
    Lather: Bigelow
    Brush: Synthetic
    Blade: Astra
    Post: TSD Lime

2 easy passes and near BBS, definitely a DFS. This razor was smoother today than the NEW LC.
