Does the flour have a leavening agent or is it GP flour. As for sex and chocolate. Combine the two. Warm melted chocolate on a cold winter night. Hours of fun.
GP Flour. I made 4 of these in the last couple of days for the family to snack on. Topping experiments are next on the agenda.
Just so everyone knows. Those that have kids and have Quick instead of Cocoa. That is what I made mine with. Also, I have a problem with bleached flour so I subbed whole wheat flour. Came out marvelous.
dont overcook. I have an 1100 watt microwave and set it for 3 minutes. Took it out and the cake didnt look quite done so I put it back in for another 15 sec. Way too done. Oh well...............guess Ill have to make another one.
Technically you should use cake flour but I didn't see the need for it. If you want you can add a little sifted corn starch to GP flour to make it come out a little better. Also, I have glutten free flour that I use for people who have trouble with glutten. (Bob's Red Mill)
Played with the recipe a bit tonight. Added 1 more Tblsp of Sugar 1 Tblsp Hershey's Syrup 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Oh, and no chocolate chips either time, as I didn't have any. Even better than yesterday. :happy088 Coconut next time.
