Hoşbulduk , my dear your Turkish is perfect. Are you an Israeli citizen from Turkish origin?

And thank you to all lovely people here. I am an agnostic humanitarian Turk and I love all people from all races and nations. Every culture is great and has uniqe qualities. I believe this forum will increase friendship between different individuals from different cultures. We traditioanal shavers share similar interests and feelings towards daily life. It also shows our humanitarian side, I think.

    enjoy your shavings

Hi Bird, if you live Arkoland you are an Arkolander:) I would like to hear your comments about Arko, Derby and tweex if you use. Have you ever experienced a wet shave in an Arkoland babershop?

    cheers

    Martin

No my friend, I'm Israeli of Russian descent and my wife is Israeli is of Moroccan descent. I used to speak Turkish very well, but because I have not used it in 20 years, I've forgotten most of it. I feel bad because it's such a nice language.

Martin, my in-laws lived in Beyoğlu for several years when they left Morocco, before to move to Israel. I have visited that neighborhood of Istanbul many times, and I also had the pleasure of a wonderful vacation where I stayed at that lovely place on the Bosphorus named Arnavutköy. I also visited Yeniköy which is beautiful. I very much want to return.

Hello Uncle Martin, if your soap making is as good as the other Arkoland products I've used you should do well. My blade of choice BlueBird, brush BestShave #6 Horse. I've yet to try an Arko soap stick. Perhaps your shave soap will be my first from Turkey. Good luck in your endevour.
