I just don't get along with alcohol based splashes. The only AS I currently use is Portland General Store - Whiskey, which I love, but I'd like to have a little diversity. It needs to be a splash, because balms make me break out.
Maggard has some, including ones made by Stirling........ https://www.maggardrazors.com/product-category/aftershaves/alcohol-free-aftershaves/
One that I recently acuired is Siliski Soaps post shave, it is a non greasy oil (which sounds strange) but this stuff leaves the skin feeling great. Van Yulay- they offer just about any scent you can think of. Lucky tiger is another. Cheap and ready available.
I've made my own using witch hazel as the base. Low alcohol in it. About 1.7% I think and then just add in ingredients I want, shake and ready to go.
Kramperts Finest Bayrum..... And frostbite. Tellem Fuzzy sent you. I mean it will not get you a discount but you can still tellum. https://www.krampertsfinest.com/
TSD any flavor Milk and Lucky Tiger. Also, alum block although it will sting if your shave game is not on point.
I believe the unscented witch hazel they sell here is alcohol free. Thayers also makes an alcohol free witch hazel splash. One that doesn't get much mention is to use vinegar sparingly since it will burn like a mother if applied right after shaving. It works very well for taking out shaving burn same as using it for sunburn. I use white vinegar because it is what I happen to have but apple cider vinegar is supposed to be better for the skin. The vinegar is also good for reducing acne issues and helps with oily skin.
I would echo the previous recommendations of Lucky Tiger AS tonic and our own TSD Milk Aftershave. I have the TSD Milk Aftershave in Lavender and Sandalwood and they are a great product. The simplest non-alcoholic splash, though, would probably be non-alcoholic witch hazel. Thayers makes it in a number of scents -- I have the Unscented and also Rose Petal, but I believe it also comes in Lavender, Lemon and other flavours too.
