thanks, I will give it to my dad to cleanup. It will keep him out of trouble for a few days. He has an Imperial easy open right now. I found it with this scout knife. When done that will be my daily knife. I will post pictures when he is done.

They were must have in the early 80's I still have my Buck 110 from around 1974. For my birthday. I wore that to school every day in jr high and high school Edit: looks like 1976 by the Buck guide. My cream of the crop is my Japanese camping knife. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That is trippy. I only have a few other folding bucks and old timers that I gave to my son. Now adays i go to Big5 and score the Chinese stuff. I tend to misplace them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah. I have a couple of nice knives that I keep very close track of, but the rest are pretty cheap. I misplace them too.
I had a Buck 110 back in the '80's. Used it to open oil cans to keep an old Ford on the road. That was back when motor oil still came in cans. Not sure where the Gerber went, but the sheath carries a newer Buck 110 now. Not cutting can tops anymore so I don't think this one has touched a sharpening stone yet.
I had a Buck 110 I carried on my gunbelt for 29 yrs. I retired and when my son was in Army ROTC, he needed a folder. I gave him mine and the second time they went in the field it slipped out of the sheath on his web gear. I'm hoping a hundred years from now maybe somebody will find it and wonder where it came from.
A few new scores. First is an Imperial EZ open These two Camillus' from an antique store this weekend. I am a proud owner of a Cub Scout knife. The second Camillus is a model 42 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This is my EDC. On the keyring is a P-38 can opener(ca. 1951), County Comm Philips and Slotted screwdrivers and 3ft of Gorilla Tape. A Buck Spitfire, Fenix E12 flashlight, Swiss Army Tinker and C O Bigelow Lemon Lip Balm. In case there are no "NCIS" fans out there Gibbs' Rule 9 is "Never go anywhere without a knife."
I used to carry a P-38. Stopped when I got tired of jamming the blade up under my fingernail while reaching in my pocket to grab my keys.
That does happen occaisonaly, but it belonged to my Dad who passed away in '14, so every time it happens I think of him.
