I brought a "Bunch" of Arko soap and I can tell you that I Shaved a stick and put it in a (emptied) wind-up Glue Stick container (Even stuck the Arko Label over it to make it LOOK a bit more "up-market") for my modest but improving Dopp Kit, I have 2 x Arko tubs, I also Shaved another stick and put it into a magnetic bottomed, clear topped, Stainless Steel tin ......................... just because I could :) (And I'm going to have the tin engraved, to make it look ................MORE "UP-MARKET"). ;)
I do have other soap/cream but the Arko is so cheap and good, I tend to use it as my "Standard".
I use a Scuttle AND Face Lather, and find both to be easy and effective. Face lather for a little more Speed/Portability, and Scuttle for a little more Comfort/Style. Why get all stuck in a rut with just one choice of " how to roll "

Arko is now my "number one daily use" shave soap..The price is right, I don't find the smell objectionable and the preformance(I bowl lather) is "ABSOLUTELY" stellar..:)...While YMMV, if you like Arko and have some Williams laying around, try grating them both and mixing them together( I use a small Ziploc bowl)..The combination of the two soaps will make a very good lather and if you have trouble lathering Williams this combo will let you use up what you have laying around, as well as doubling your Arko puck size..Mixing Williams with VDH Delux also produces a very nice lathering soap...:)

The little bit left over from this project, I donated to my 22yr old son who still uses canned goo, and told him he could try out my New Boar Brush (which he thinks is pretty cool for some reason) Perhaps he might be able to be saved yet ????? Just to help things along, I pressed it all into a small domed, gold coloured container which he thought looked cool. (I'm a Rascally Rabbit)
