    Really cool. My mom used to use birch bark for everything that ailed you. Poultices for a sore knee to teas for a sore throat.

    Normally I use a new brush a few times and then it goes into the rotation. I keep using this one out of turn.

    Welcome

    Going to a 4 pass shave was the tuning point for me. Now I do WTG, XTG, XTG opposite direction then ATG. Think beard reduction don't try to get it all done in 2 or 3 passes especially for the difficult areas. Surprisingly I usually irritation free shaves with 4 passes, as long as you use good technique, strec7with slick lather and sharp blade irritation should not be a problem... and a light touch. I do this with straights and DE and SE razors.

    TGIF shave

    Today's razor was just refreshed on a Shapton glass 16k, the edge was very smooth and sharp. This is a loud razor and it sounds like velcro being pulled apart. Four passes and zero irritation and smooth face. The sample of GFT Spanish Leather smelled great and the performance was very good too. If I did not have soooo many soaps I would order this one too.

    Irritation A+ Closeness A Smoothness A+ Sharpness A

    Soap: George F Trumper cream

    Wow this committing to one set up is awesome! I think my face is becoming accustomed to being shaved more frequently. Still rocking my Fatboy on 5. What a wonderful shaver! Are most adjustables just wonderful to shave with? Or is it mayhap a Gillette thing?

    I have a fatboy and a black beauty and the fat boy is the champ. I also have the Ming Shi 2000 which is a Merkur Futur clone and it is a great shaver too. But the fatboy is the king of adjustables in my den.
