OK thanks Perry...I've always done it "Alabama to Massachusetts" (chuk yuk yuk)too. Perhaps more lather is needed down there...easier to get more with cans, I suppose, but it provides the challenge to equalize the amount with shave soap.

The only comment I can make about my shave this morning is, I shouldn't have used Rise. Or since I did, I should have used the Stoylin Glacial SDM AS. The reason? Too warm-I thought the "cool-down" period we're getting was to begin today, but not yet. The shave itself was real nice, but I think I'll wait for cooler temperatures to finish off the remainder of my last Rise. I'm already wondering what to replace it with when this can finishes. Noxema? Gillette Foamy Regular? Course Barbasol can always be counted on.

Who needs more then that? Good stuff Dale!
Nice setup Neal, gotta watch the ones prone to nip.
Wonderful shave Patrick! How many shaves on that blade?
    Fantastic shot Jason!
The 34C is quite mild and has a narrow sweet spot. Holding the angle in that sweet spot is crucial to getting a close shave with it. You may want to consider tossing the blade after 3 shaves until get the angle and pressure control really nailed down. Keep at it!
Sorry to hear about the chicken pox, Terry. And that mole, its better off gone anyway! Great shave, and have a great day!
Awesome shot Perry! Curious, how may times are you using a blade in theFatboy before tossing it?
Still a very nice looking brush, Joseph! Will you replace the sticker ?
Awesome shot Jim! You said the other day you were considering another timeless. Since you have this one and the Bronze and the Aluminum, are you considering a Ti ?
Beautiful shot Clint! I hope the day goes by quickly for you.
That 1912 looks awesome bead blasted!
    Congrats on finishing one off!
    Excellent shave Gary!

Thank you, Andrew! I'm planning on using a blade four times. Since I just it once a month it'll be easy to put in a new blade on the first Friday of the month.

Joseph didn't really care for the Havana soap. I like the Old School soap by Moon Soaps.

    Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap
EDRIO finished! #109 Timeless SS .95 OC
    Shark Platinum (9)
Grizzly Bay Wraith (26mm TnS Tip knot, Frigate Class)
    MWF
    Stirling Ramblin' Man AS

EDRIO is done!! It only took me eight months and three weeks to shave with every darn razor I own! It was fun, but I'm ready to start shaving weekly with a razor rather then rotating to a different razor every shave.

Today's shave was the ninth shave on this Shark Platinum blade. The outcome? BBS! Can you believe that? This Timeless razor doesn't feel overly aggressive to me and it has a narrow window of angle where the blade will actually make contact the skin. And right in the middle of that angle is the sweet spot. Very intuitive design! Speaking of design, I think this might be the heaviest razor that I own. The Pineapple handle is very chunky but balances the larger head perfectly. This is one razor where negative pressure is a must but man it really wipes away the whiskers! BTW, I bought this razor from the blemished/used section on the Timeless website and I can't find a single flaw on it. Very happy with this purchase and can't wait to use it more during OCtober. What next? A week with another premium razor, the Rex Ambassador. But to keep me from getting too fancy I will be pairing the Rex with Arko. Have a great day and weekend my friends!

    TGIF!
