thank you Patrick..
thank you Clint..
We do tend to use the entire pig when we cook 'em up. Probably why Piggly Wiggly never bothered showing up.
Thank you, Danny!
Thank you, Gary!
I think Neal likes the ever expanding, record breaking post counts. Multi-quotes are here, folks use them, & they are balanced by plenty of Smiley face "good job" replies. If I wasn't still reading yesterday's posts trying to catch up I'd still have blurry eyes by the time I get to bed.
Uh, huh. My googling has too many tabs open.
More tabs? How much can WIN7 & Firefox handle?
I've shopped a couple. They seem to be smaller buildings than what I consider a standard grocery store. Not big enough for an Aisle 12. Have you got one of these yet?
Adjustable Arko August!!
Razor - Soviet "Ideal" (Super Adjustable Clone) (9)
Blade - (3)
Soap - Arko
Brush - I*V 10 "The Moreau)
Post - Alum
Got a little bloody with this razor last night but no Russian razor scares me. Well, ok so not this one anyway. Back to it for a third shave and I went with the hybrid brush to whip the Arko into perfection. Three deliberate, relaxed, and confident passes brought the shave to a perfect finish and no blood was found in the building. Alum was mostly quiet, though a bit warm as it has been with this razor. That extra gap and blade exposure just tends to do that. I'm sure if I'd go to it as a daily driver it would smooth out. It's not horrible, just not quite the same caliber as the Consul when comparing it. Since this razor is basically the Super Adjustable clone, tomorrow I'll switch to the Gillette SA and get a direct comparison. I've no doubt the Gillette will win, but it will be fun to do. Have a great weekend!
That's a nice vintage shaving mug, Gary!
Neal, you are the man!
thank you Joe ..i thought about a williams puck but i am going to fill it with a canadian "handsome grouse"cedar and sage soap..i have a ford coffee mug full of williams..
Just caught up with my self from last night. You guys are reading my post from tomorrow...when? Or that's me reading tomorrows post yesterday. Anyway, think I'll go do some pelvic thrusts, try not to throw out my hip, and shave. Who needs sleep?
awesome..loved watching that at the theatre in town..
Great report Neal. Really like that setup.
Seen Fuzzy @wchnu do a Marvys shave on his channel. Thought I would break mine out and see what the fuss was all about. Dirt cheap soap that lathers well, stays slick and well....it works .
"posted by wristwatchb, Today at 6:06 AM " Naw. I got my 5 or 6 hours of shut eye in. By the time you posted that I was up rattling the cage bars. Not mine - theirs. That's what a number of decades getting to the jobsite at 7AM does to you - alarm clocks gotta be answered.
nice shave Patrick.simple is good..
