So I attempted to lather this up this morning. I couldn't lather it at all so I looked at the instructions. It says to "apply a thin transparent layer directly to the face, then shave as normal". Clearly this is not intended to be a lather. Next time I will read the instructions before I purchase. It is slick but I didn't shave with it just yet. I will post an update after I try it next month. I am not going to change up my routine for another couple weeks.
