Bertie's brownies

  1. Description:
    This is a cake brownie with a melt in your mouth texture.
    The recipe is my very favorite one, and I think you'll find it amusing.

    Time: 4o minutes from start to finish
    Difficulty: Easy
    Serving Size: N/A

    Ingredients:
    1/2 lb sweet butter
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    4 squares melted bitter chocolate(baking chocolate) and each square being one ounce I believe.
    1 cup CAKE flour
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    Chopped walnuts (1/2 to 1 cup)

    Instructions:
    Cream together butter and sugar. Add other ingredients one at a time, beating well after each addition (important).
    Bake in 13x9 buttered pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Check for done using the clean toothpick method. Cool, and lightly dust top with powdered sugar.
