I bought a sampler pack that included Bluebird blades. I used two blades and called it quits with these blades. I have never had so many nicks in my life, and I was using a Merkur Vision razor. I usually use Gillette 7-Oclock yellows or Astra blades in the Vision razor and get a great shave. So far these are my favorites.

I have used the Bluebird blade for my last 3 shaves and it has been decent for me. I went from 6 to 9 on my slim adj too so I'm still getting used to it but my last shave was bloodless so I don't think it was the blade.

I'd definitely put them in the rotation.

I've tried a couple of packs and found them to be ok. For me they were sort of middle of the road. Not bad and not "got to have them". I find Astra blades better and less expensive.

I got a couple of blues in a sample pack, and so far it has been the worst blade that I've tried. Felt like it was pulling out hairs instead of cutting them. Lord chrome has been the best.

Another Meh review of Blue Birds.

I am most of the way through my first sampler. For me, they did not come close to Feathers or any of the Gillette blades I tried. They were very rough and unpleasant on my face. They would be my least favorite if I did not try the VDH blades as well. I am almost certain to be going with Gillette Silver Blues as my first larger sized blade order...

    Of course, YMMV..

I've used these blades with favorable results. I should go back to them soon.
