I've just spent the past two hours unable to get into the site using IE (the rest of the internet was working fine). Just putting this out there as info in case anybody is still working this problem.

I haven't quit. Thanks for the heads up. The problem seems to be affecting primarily, the users of IE7.

Thanks! Just doing my job. Sorry you're having to put up with things not being "as they should"

Are you kidding?!? I do that all day long anyway! This is a cake walk by comparison.

Most of the time I'm on Safari but occasionally I'll use Opera or FF. I only remember having a problem one time. I believe I was either trying to post in a thread or send a PM but instead of posting/sending, I got logged out for some reason.

Sparky you are doing an awesome job. I, and others, really appreciate all of the hard work you are doing.

Netscape 7.2 vs IE 7.0 - Netscape works, IE doesn't!

I finally got frustrated with the delays on this site and fired up an old copy of Netscape 7.2 that was still installed. Everything on TSD works at normal speed with the Netscape browser. My IE 7.0 continues to be super-slow

I tried out the Windows version of Chrome on Linux and it was too sluggish compared to native Linux browsers. But if you are a Mac or Linux user and want to see what the browser looks like and even install it, go here...

Hey Sparky. Spent all day not able to get on using the other computer that runs IE6. Don't know if anyone else was having trouble or not, but the problems seem to persist. Just letting you know.

Might be the Christmas theme if you're using that, Shep.

I did think about that. Unfortunately if I can't get back to TSD on that computer I won't be able to turn it off. I've noticed the themes are computer specific. Prior to the xmas theme, I had one computer running the blue and another the brown.

Well, I'll try turning it off on this computer and we'll see what happens tomorrow.

Sparky must have done some work on the theme last night cause it is running much smoother this morning.
