The soap is rather soft The lather builds in ten or fifteen seconds, is fluffy and slick, but lacks skin-comfort. For the price, it's a decent soap How can I rate this in such a way that the "would you buy again" does not affect the score? I did not purchase this, so do not feel able to rate this aspect of the product
The bay rum scent of this soap is beautiful, but it stops right there. Lathering this soap is very difficult, and there is just no stability to whatever lather you get. The protection is poor, and I remember paying around 9,00$ for it, which I thought was a waste. Thanks, but no thanks.
Burt's Bees doesn't do shave soap This is perhaps a face soap that was repurposed into a shave soap [unsuccessfully]. I paid around $10 for this...much too much considering it's efficacy.:mad:
