It's even beyond that -- I find them to be somewhat mesmerizing. It's amazing how someone can make the mundane tools that we use to scrape the whiskers off our faces on a daily basis look so powerfully artistic. I've seen some good pictures in the SOS thread, but Yukio's on an entirely different level altogether.
I am no poet nor wordsmith :ashamed001, and was just attempting to tell how much Yukio's photos mean to me. Perhaps if I had mentioned that photos have never evoked any type of feeling from me, but Yukio's photos stir many emotions for me. Pleasure being the easiest to name.
That's hitting the nail on the head -- his photos evoke powerful emotions. His use of light and dark is simply amazing.

Do we know when/if this absolutely wonderful and fantastic calender is going to happen?? Will we get it through the TSD store or ????? Inquirying minds want to know.
I don't see a reason not to. If nobody else wants to take it on, I will see what I can do. I will have to look to see what our options and pricing might be, but I figure even if nobody else wants one, I want one and will be having one made. I was thinking this coming January, but I am open to whatever.

I was just thinking about this the other day. I would still really like one, but I don't know how to have them done, besides through photo sites, which would be really expensive I would think. Maybe the best idea would to try to get a count of who would be interested. I suppose we could keep pictures coming also. Anyone have the time to take lead on this one? I have been absolutely swamped lately or I would step up.

Even though I am not a part of the management team, if we can re-generate the interest from previous years, I will get out in front of this project and see what legwork I can do to make it a reality.
I have a few contacts as far as printing goes and would love!!! to have one of these hanging in my office. I'm with you Jeff and would put in some legwork to see this go somewhere. There are some stunning photographs in there.
