Can I use single edge razor blades in a double edged safety razor?

Can't speak to Assured but I own Baili, Yintal, Q-shave and Yaqi from China, and a couple EJ89 clones from Razorock which look great. I'm sure there is garbage out there but my way more expensive Zamak Merkur razors haven't all held up that well either (my Progress is good though).
