I'll be the only one to say this. For me, the inner neck is where a multiblade cart does a better job than any single blade because it does that area faster, with less work and with much less chance of irritation. But even then I have to tend against the grain.
Looks like you're getting awesome advice! The biggest one that helped me that was a HUGE change from when I had a Gillette fusion is no pressure.
