I use Caswell-Massey’s Lime Cologne Water regularly. It’s not over powering, it lasts a few hours (on me), and it has what I consider a nice scent. Some lime scents smell like toxic cleaners, some are sickly sweet and some are just right; and that would be the CM lime (in my opinion of course). I bought my last few bottles online at Barclay Crocker; it was 30% off the normal price. I hope this is helpful.
I haven't tried the Caswell Massey Lime, but their Sandalwood is my favorite of all the sandalwoods I have smelled. I use the Caswell Massey sandalwood shave creame then the sandalwood aftershave balm then the cologne. In my opinion it is the best sandalwood. I will have to try the lime next.
