@Tedolph maybe as me You'll love Cella in Superlathering. https://theshaveden.com/forums/posts/1895051/
It's a seasonal soap and pairs well with spicy gourmand after shaves. That is not what I want to wear or use as the weather gets warmer.
The last few times I tried it, it left my face a bit red and irritated. Can't be the almond oil, I guess, because some of my other favourite Italian soaps also contain that.
I'm still pretty green when it comes to wet shaving but I have learned a lot over the last few months. I am regularly getting good to great shaves now. I don't have much of a variety of soaps yet but of the few soaps I have it is my current favorite. It competes with Proraso Green, Art of Shaving Sandlewood, and Stirling Executive Man. I like all of these but Cella just has a little extra something that works for me, and I happen to enjoy the scent.
I have several TFS soaps, both from their basic and luxury lines. I like Proraso Red, but not my favourite sandalwood. I like the Mondial Bergamotto Neroli as well, but haven’t tried other Mondial soaps yet.
It's here! Finally, Fall is here! Time to break out the Cella for a nice double pass SR shave before taking a lady friend out to dinner at a new restaurant. I am going to look so good and smell so great she will probably propose.
Has anyone used Cella Organic Aloe Vera soap? I was on amazon and about to buy a new tub of Cella and came upon this. Either it's new or I never noticed it before. Somehow the green color does not look as inviting as the friendly Red color of the original but I'm intrigued nevertheless. Anyone used this and what did you think? Does it have that same unmistakable Cella almond scent?
