Hey everyone. I have to say. I had a great time. So good to meet all of you!! Thank you to Mike and Raf for setting this up. We need to do it again soon. Thanks to Lee for bringing all of the goodies and thanks to Charles for opening up his shop for us. What a great group of people!!

Many thanks to those that made it out to the meet, we had a hell of a good time! Especially to those who took the time to make the long trip in from out of town for this. Unfortunately we lost a few guys that couldn't come due to it being graduation weekend, we'll make sure we plan this better next time. This was just the first of what I hope will be many future gatherings.

Sadly, I'm a moron and forgot my camera when we left to lunch, more photos will come soon once I get them from Raf's. We started off the weekend as soon as Lee's plane touched down in Austin on Friday. I couldn't say enough good things about this guy and I am honored that he took the time to travel all the way from NY to hang out with us. Plus, check out the luggage this guy drags around with him...



First thing Sat morning, crazy wet shavers started showing up at my door to get their hands on the goodies. Here's out pre-lunch gathering around my kitchen table

After lunch (mmm BBQ...) we made the journey down to Enchante where Charles had lots to share with us, and I got suckered in to doing some Hydrolast demonstration.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that took part in the gathering. Photos of the BBQ lunch and some more from Enchante will be coming later today. I also want to say thank you to Lee Cantor for taking time to come to Austin to be with us. Another very big thank you to Charles and Jean Roberts for opening the store for us on Saturday and as usual they were very gracious hosts.

We met, we ate BBQ, we bought all kind of shaving stuff, a great time was had by all!!!

Had an awesome time. It felt great to hang out with people that I can talk about wet shaving with! Every one was super nice too.

I picked up my first straight razor and I'm ordering a strop Monday from Lee!
